Registration of branches and representative offices of foreign non-profit non-governmental organizations (INCOs)

We offer you MONITORING AND ASSISTANCE when registering branches and representative offices of foreign non-profit non-governmental organizations (INCOs), including the following services:

• Translation of foreign documents into Russian and notarial certification of documents for registering;

• Representation of INCO’s interest in the Federal Registration Service;

• Manufacture of the stamp of the representative office or branch;

• Registration with statistics authorities;

Registration of branches and representative offices (INCOs) is performed pursuant to the Federal Law Concerning Non-Profit Organizations and other regulations relating thereto.

Registration is performed by the Federal Registration Service within 30 days as of the date of submission of a full set of documents.

Registration is performed on a free-of-cost basis without limitation of the operational term of the INCO’s structural division. De-registration is performed exclusively on the grounds stipulated by the Federal Law Concerning Non-Profit Organizations.

In accordance with Article 13.2. of the aforesaid law the documents notifying of the foundation in the RF territory of the branch or representative office of INCO shall be submitted within three months as of the resolution on the foundation of the relevant division:

1. Notification. The form is established by the RF Ministry of Justice (Exhibit No. 1 to Russian Federation Ministry of Justice Order No. 115 of April 17, 2006).

2. INCO’s articles of association.

3. Resolution of the management authority of INCO pertaining to the foundation of a branch or representative office of such INCO.

4. Regulation on the branch or representative office of INCO;

5. Resolution on appointment of director of a branch or representative office of such INCO;

6. Document specifying the objectives and tasks of foundation of a branch or representative office of such INCO.

Notification and any documents attached thereto must be submitted in a governmental (official) language of the relevant foreign state with a translation into Russian and must be duly certified.

The cost of services

Registration of branches and representative offices of INCOs – 44,900 rubles.

The cost of our services includes the cost of all the required preliminary works, the services pertaining to execution and notarial certification of all the required copies, the cost of stamp manufacture, representation of interests with the Federal Registration Service, registration with a taxation authority and non-budgetary funds, opening of a bank account.
